PLEASE NOTE: Registration constitutes a commitment to attend the symposium. The specific conditions are as follows:

• All symposium participants (both speakers and auditing participants) agree to pay a non-refundable registration fee; the registration fee is 1200 kr for electronic registrations received after 5 October.


• By submitting this form and officially registering for the Counter Nature(s) symposium you agree to pay the registration fee IN CASH upon arrival during the registration session on 20 November.


• If you have registered for the symposium and discover later that you are unable to attend, a payment waiver can be arranged if you notify the symposium organizer Steven Hartman in writing ON OR BEFORE 31 OCTOBER. Registered participants withdrawing after this date are obliged to pay the registration fee.


• Non-presenting participants are responsible for arranging their own lodging during the symposium. A list of recommended hotels will be posted on the symposium website in September.


• We are not authorized to furnish invitation letters to registrants or to provide separate letters of documentation for the purpose of VISA applications. We can provide only email confirmations or requests for further information/documentation pertaining to the online registration process.
