Nov 24: Mental resilience workshop with Amelia Parisian

Warmly welcome to a workshop on mental resilience with Amelia Parisian!

When: November 24 kl. 14.15-15.15

What to expect from the session
Modern life is increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. As the pace and scale of social and technological change continue to outpace our evolved capacity to handle it, there is a greater need for individuals and groups to equip themselves with excellent cognitive, emotional and relationship skills, to be resilient and navigate challenges skilfully and sustainably.

Attendees can expect to be guided through a series of novel experiments to provide insight into how the mind works (and how it can work against us!) Drawing on the latest scientific findings from the emerging research field of mental resilience.

Amelia from ‘Tough-Cookie’ will introduce attendees to Mixed Mental Arts – and people will leave with a Mental Resilience tool they can begin to use straight away.
