CEMUS Teaching and Learning Collaboratory

THIS RESOURCE WILL BE EXPANDED AND DEVELOPED BY CEMUS STAFF DURING APRIL-AUGUST 2017

Welcome to CEMUS Teaching and Learning Collaboratory – An Open Resource for Students and Teachers

CEMUS education is a living laboratory for pedagogics, teaching methods and collaborative processes for sustainable development and beyond. The aim of CEMUS Teaching and Learning Collaboratory is create a library of these practices that can inspire our work at CEMUS and also be a resource for other actors within education and sustainability.

We define the CEMUS Teaching and Learning Collaboratory as:

…the digital resouces here online in use when planning, doing and evaluating sessions, anywhere in the world, together with others, students and coordinators/teachers working together.

Definition inspired by William Wulf’s definition from 1989: “[a] center without walls, in which the nation’s researchers can perform their research without regard to physical location, interacting with colleagues, accessing instrumentation, sharing data and computational resources, [and] accessing information in digital libraries” and the anthology “The Collaboratory: A Co-creative Stakeholder Engagement Process for Solving Complex Problems” edited by Katrin Muff.
