Call for contributions is now open for the spring edition of the Uppsala Sustainability Festival!
The Uppsala Sustainability Festival that is run twice a year by CEMUS students, staff, and other actors is coming up on Thursday, May 18th this spring!
For several years, we have been in Uppsala University’s building Blåsenhus, and now we are moving it to downtown Uppsala to invite more contributors and participants from our wider community.
The theme for this festival is “BLOOM”
What can we do to work towards sustainability? Where does the hope lie? What seeds do we need to plant, and what flowers are blooming?
There are many initiatives and people around us that are working with and towards sustainability. This will be a space to share, celebrate, cross pollinate, learn, act and inspire.
Are you interested in contributing to the program?
Contributions can be in many different forms – hosting workshops, having a stand, creating installations or exhibitions, performing art or music, and more. Both individuals and organizations are welcome to contribute.
Please express your interest in contributing to the festival by filling in the form. Deadline is April 18th. We will get back to you shortly after the deadline.

There is also a Project Cafe – a workshop and meeting to develop ideas for the festival program – on Wednesday, April 5th (Read more here). All are welcome to join us there too!
